On a beautiful Canberra evening, we found ourselves in Parliament House experiencing what Swan Valley had to offer. There were boxes of fresh strawberries, bottles of wine, delicious canapés, beautiful indigenous art and aboriginal dancing to captivate our interest in the region.
“Located just 25 minutes from Perth, it’s a region of scenic riverbanks, large wineries, award-winning restaurants and heritage sites”, reads a brochure description. We have never been to Perth and having a glimpse of what’s in store created the possibilities of a unique holiday idea in the making.
We used Instagram to record the night’s affairs and here’s a glimpse of Swan Valley, Perth’s Valley of Taste…

Hi Rose and Joseph, I am extreeeeemely fascinated by the liqueur shiraz. From the description on their website it sounds thick and delicious. Did you get to sample any? did you get any as a gift? I would love to hear some feedback 🙂 Great looking event. Cheers, Kirsty
Hi Kirsty, I have an extra unopened bottle of the Liqueur Shiraz and you can have it and try it for yourself as I have yet to try mine. Let me know. 🙂
Nice to see some of my hometown favourites. We were at OFW last week and can vouch the Liqueur Shiraz is define! Rosemarie and Joseph I am sure you would enjoy a trip to WA.
I am really looking forward to exploring Australia. We will be doing more of that next year! I must try our botel of liqueur Shiraz asap then!
